In July 2016, after quite a long search, we found our dream house in Lloret de Mar. This house is located at an altitude of 150 meters with a beautiful sea view. The house was delivered in 2007 but has never been sold due to the crisis that followed. Due to the crisis, the swimming pool and garden were never built. Through excellent help and purchasing guidance from Miranda Bastiaansen from Homecostabrava, we got to know Sander Keppels from PA Costa Brava. Sander gave us excellent support in this, from the architect, required permits, tenders to managing the contractors. Almost daily we received photos of the renovation/construction by Whatsapp and through Facetime a visual tour of these claims. Sander regularly came up with suggestions such as the installation of power points and lighting. For example, we wanted to have a large palm tree placed before the outdoor unit would be occupied. Sander has sent us several pictures of palm trees from nurseries so that we could make a choice from a distance from the Netherlands. Subsequently, Sander ensured that it was placed. He has also converted our wishes into requests from various companies from which we could ultimately make a choice. Sander Keppels is a man with the right attitude and with a 200% commitment and is always ready for you. Now that everything is ready, we were able to enjoy our holiday. Without Sander it would certainly not have been possible. Now that everything is ready, we also like to use its services when we are not there and leave our house confidently in his hands.
