Top experience with PA Costa Brava!! In July 2020 we found Sander Keppels from PA Costa Brava. We were looking for a property at the Costa Brava, Spain and Sander has planned a number of visits after taking stock of our wishes. Sander was present at all these visits and, thanks to his experience in the real estate market, gave us excellent advice on both the location and the condition of the houses. Because of this, we found our ideal home after just three visits! Even after the purchase of the house, he guided us very professionally during the complex administrative settlement, such as converting the property tax on our name, registration of the property at the townhall, declaration of all taxes, and the transfer at the notary, so that we did not have to worry about anything ourselves and everything was arranged perfectly.
