We were given the name Sander Keppels of PA Costa Brava by the real estate agent as a highly reputable project manager specializing in extensive renovations. After contacting Sander, the entire renovation was quickly and architecturally excellently handled. Total bathroom renovation, new doors and frames, and built-in wardrobes, a completely new quality kitchen with wall tiling, painting of the entire interior of the apartment, and then retiling the entire outdoor terrace. All of this was done with excellent quality and meticulousness, combined with an excellent price-quality ratio. By chance, we came into contact with Sander from PA Costa Brava when we were looking for a house on the Costa Brava, and we are very happy about that. Sander is a great guy with many contacts and can arrange a lot for you. He speaks fluent Spanish, which is very useful, and also has extensive knowledge of the market. He already has translated preliminary purchase contracts and also a good notary. He also helps you arrange a NIE number, which is necessary for taxes.

Snelle en duidelijke communicatie, goed netwerk met allerhande specialisten (aannemer, keukenboer, tuinman, timmerman, etc) die hij “kort houdt” en uiteindelijk een resultaat dat onze verwachtingen overtrof. Hij denkt mee alsof het zijn eigen huis is, bij zo’n verbouwing komen altijd wat kleine verrassingen op tafel (leidingen die pas zichtbaar worden na breekwerk en zo) maar die zijn stuk voor stuk perfect opgelost. Op dit moment resteert dus het property management & zwembad onderhoud.. Hij neemt verantwoordelijkheid waar nodig, is altijd aanspreekbaar. Top!!

We were looking for a property on the Costa Brava, and after assessing our needs, Sander scheduled several viewings. PA Costa Brava has been our guardian angel in owning a home in Spain;
After finding and purchasing our dream home in Spain three years ago, we hired a contractor for our renovations and home modifications, but they had truly messed up the renovations, construction, and had demolished far too much.

Fortunately, during our renovations, we coincidentally contacted Sander Keppels of PA Costa Brava regarding the replacement of our pool pump. It was expertly replaced by them, and fortunately, our pool then functioned again.

When everything started leaking in the house and half of it collapsed after renovations, we asked Sander for advice and help. Together with a great construction team, assembled by Sander, we essentially started renovating again with a fantastic result and perfect communication. We were kept up-to-date with photos, and advice was given via phone and email. In short, we were 100% up-to-date while Sander supervised the construction daily.

Both the inside of the house and the outside, garden, and new swimming pool, we have now renovated everything in collaboration with PA Costa Brava.
The result is impressive, despite all the setbacks during the renovations. Fortunately, Sander didn't get any gray hairs from this project, as that wouldn't have surprised us, given all the problems he solved for us.
So we are completely happy and you can indeed say that one can fully entrust property management to PA Costa Brava!!

House in Spain
In July 2016, after a considerable search, we found our dream home located on the road from Tossa de Mar to Lloret de Mar.

This house is located 150 meters above sea level with a beautiful sea view. The house was completed in 2007 but never sold due to the crisis that followed. A “new” house in itself is nice, but due to the crisis, the swimming pool and garden were never built. Thanks to excellent help and purchase guidance from Miranda Bastiaansen of Homecostabrava, we got to know Sander Keppels from PA Costa Brava.

Sander guided us excellently through this process, from the architect and necessary permits to quotes and managing the contractors.
Almost daily we received photos of the renovation/construction via WhatsApp and via Facetime a visual tour of this progress. Sander regularly came up with suggestions, such as installing power points and lighting. We wanted to have a large palm tree placed before work on the outdoor area would begin. Sander sent us various photos of palm trees from nurseries so that we could make a choice remotely from the Netherlands. Sander then ensured that it was placed.

Regarding the glass balustrade that had to be installed around the terraces, Sander also translated our wishes into requests to various companies, from which we were ultimately able to make a selection.
Without Sander from PA Costa Brava, the renovation or construction of the pool would certainly not have been possible. Sander Keppels is a man with the right attitude and with a 200%% commitment, always ready to help.

Now that everything is ready, we were able to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. I want to put Pa Costa Brava on a pedestal once again; without Sander, it certainly wouldn't have worked out.

A house in Spain is very enjoyable, but it also requires a lot of attention. For this, you have to be lucky enough to meet someone who is there for the house but also for you! We are lucky because we use the services of PA Costa Brava. The owner is Sander Keppels, and he has taken care of everything so far regarding renovations and permits, etc., etc.

We started with the inside of the house, an open kitchen. That took a lot of time, but fortunately, PA Costa Brava kept us informed every week, took photos, and sent them to us.

Construction of the new swimming pool followed immediately. Once again, it was Sander Keppels who applied for the permit from the municipality for us and hired local people for the new swimming pool to be built. The best part about it is that he invites the local contractors to your home so that they can be introduced. He is invaluable in this regard because he translates all the wishes that are present. Once again, he is on site almost daily where the construction/renovation is taking place.
Here too, the countless photos he sends are invaluable because you can respond immediately if a mistake has occurred due to the language barrier.

A real recommendation..

PA Costa Brava helped us greatly with the purchase and renovation of our house in Blanes. We were looking for a house in Catalonia not too far from the coast. After a long search, we found a house that seemed structurally sound but with a lot of deferred maintenance. We hesitated about the house, wouldn't it cost too much to fix it up?.

On the internet, we found PA Costa Brava, called them immediately, and it was no problem to have a structural inspection carried out at short notice with an estimate of the renovation costs. The structural inspection was positive, and we received a clear overview with all the costs for the overdue maintenance. We decided to buy the house. Pleasant and reliable!

PA Costa Brava (Sander Keppels) has been managing the maintenance of the swimming pool and everything else that comes with it for many years. Not only does the swimming pool look beautiful, but PA Costa Brava also keeps an eye on things and informs/arranges where necessary.

That's very pleasant because once you're in the Netherlands, you're not concerned with what might happen in Spain. For instance, the roof was recently damaged after a heavy storm. Sander immediately contacted me. Upon request, he had an estimate made and had the roof beautifully repaired. It's very nice to be able to entrust your home to someone with complete confidence who is fluent in Spanish.
