PA Costa Brava fully renovated an apartment in the fall of 2017.
The apartment was still in its original condition, so in addition to the normal renovation, it was decided to replace all the electrical wiring and plumbing in order to comply with all standards applicable in 2017.
The floors and old kitchen have been removed, the walls and ceilings smoothed. The kitchen and bathroom have been replaced and air conditioning (cold/warm) has been installed in all rooms.
The apartment was then completely repainted and furnished, resulting in a fantastic, new, and fresh-looking apartment.
