Apartment renovation in S'Agaró

Renovation of a spacious apartment located in S'Agaró on the Costa Brava. This apartment was well maintained but had not been updated since it was handed over. PA Costa Brava was able to realize this. The building permit has been applied for, all furniture has been removed and disposed of, the apartment was then stripped, reconfigured, and rebuilt. The fireplace was removed to create extra space, as were the old bathrooms and kitchen. The plumbing and the entire electrical installation were replaced. The interior doors have been replaced, and the apartment is now also equipped with luxury aluminum windows and doors with sun-protective glass and a thermal break. Microcement (Beton Cire) has been applied to the walls in the 3 bathrooms and the entire floor of the apartment, and the apartment features a new kitchen and built-in wardrobes in the 3 bedrooms, new bathrooms, and air conditioning. Everything re-painted and ready for the future.
