Complete renovation of apartment in Pals

In the winter of 2023, PA Costa Brava was asked to organize the renovation of this spacious and detached house located in the Vizcondado de Cabanyes residential area, Calonge. An architect and a contractor were sought, quotes were made, and ultimately approved by the client. Internally, the house was then completely stripped. Subsequently, the flooring was replaced, and the bathrooms were renovated. The electrical system was replaced, and air conditioning was installed in all bedrooms. The terrace off the living room was also fitted with a canopy that perfectly matches the style of the house. All with first-class materials. In the meantime, the swimming pool was also repaired, the filtration system was updated, and a heat pump was installed to allow swimming for a large part of the year.
