Detached house with fantastic views

In the fall of 2015, PA Costa Brava sold this property, in collaboration with a good and reliable real estate agency, to Dutch clients who were looking for a second home on the Costa Brava.

After closing the sale, PA Costa Brava sought out an architect. This architect adapted the property to the tastes of the new owners. We approached three contractors from the region, and they independently provided quotes for this large job. In consultation with the client, one of the three contractors was chosen and began the work.

The only thing that has not been replaced is the roof of the house. Everything else has been renovated. Both the layout and the windows and doors. The old ceilings have been removed to create a lot of height, and the new kitchen with a large island has been incorporated into the living room. The floors have underfloor heating. The three bedrooms all have air conditioning and their own luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

The garden and the grounds have been adapted to meet the municipality's requirements, and a large, heated swimming pool has been constructed with various terraces and an outdoor shower.
