In the fall of 2016, PA Costa Brava was approached by the owner of this modern villa. At that time, the property was not in optimal condition because it had been vacant for several years.
The house has been thoroughly renovated and painted inside, and is now equipped with satellite television, air conditioning, and internet. A large, heated infinity pool has been built with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. On both sides of the pool, spaces have been created for the filter installation and storage, and on the other side, an extra bedroom.
The terraces have been laid, the existing terraces have been replaced, stainless steel railings with safety glass have been installed, and the house has been repainted.
