During the period 2017-2018, PA Costa Brava mediated the purchase of the plot with sea view and subsequently coordinated the complete construction from start to finish. This began with finding a suitable architect who could translate the client's ideas into a new project. Next, the earthworks, foundations, structural construction, and finishing were carried out with the chosen contractor. The result is a fantastic villa with an environmentally friendly heat pump, good insulation, luxury windows and large frontages with a thermal break, underfloor heating, air conditioning, an elevator, a wine cellar, an infinity pool, and a large garage. All 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and, of course, sea views.
