During the period March-August 2020, PA Costa Brava coordinated the complete renovation and expansion of this beautiful property in Gualba, Spain. With the chosen contractor, earthworks, foundations, structural construction, and finishing were completed. The installer, plumber, carpenter, and specialists for the new windows and doors completed the project, resulting in a fantastic modern villa with a new entrance, spacious living area, an additional bedroom with its own bathroom, good insulation, luxury windows and large glass fronts with a thermal break, air conditioning, and a beautiful inner courtyard. Furthermore, a modern swimming pool and a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.
