Renovation and extension in Bell Lloc

Complete renovation and expansion of a detached villa in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
During 2018, PA Costa Brava assisted a Dutch family in the purchase of a detached, albeit outdated, villa on a large plot of land in Santa Cristina d'Aro. At first glance, it didn't seem like a complicated purchase, as a reputable real estate agency, on paper, had the villa for sale. However, nothing could have been further from the truth. The paperwork was not in order, the real estate agency was unaware of current regulations, and agreements made were not honored or were poorly executed.
After the transfer, the new owners could finally start realizing a beautiful second home in Spain. PA Costa Brava provided an architect who translated the clients' ideas into a project and also came up with some good modifications, resulting in the villa being expanded with a spacious and covered terrace, the electricity and plumbing being replaced, and air conditioning, a new kitchen, new radiators, new bathrooms, and a toilet being installed, as well as the house being painted, plastered, and fitted with a micro-cement floor.
