In the fall of 2016, PA Costa Brava was approached by the owner of this modern villa. At that time the house was not in optimal condition because it had been empty for several years. The house has been thoroughly renovated and painted on the inside and the house is now also equipped with satellite television, air conditioning and internet. We created a large, heated infinity pool with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. There are spaces on both sides of the swimming pool for the filter installation, storage and on the other side an extra bedroom. Terraces have been extended, the existing terraces have been replaced, stainless steel balustrades with safety glass have been installed and the house has been repainted.
