During the period 2014-2016, PA Costa Brava had various major works carried out on this beautiful and sheltered house within walking distance of the beach of Platja d´Aro. In this time frame, the old polyester swimming pool has been replaced by a larger, more modern swimming pool with extensive filter installation.

The terraces are extended, the old barn has been demolished and turned into a spacious apartment with bathroom and a technical room as well with, among other things, the central heating system, washing machine and dryer. The roof has been replaced and the bathrooms inside the house have been renovated The house has been painted both inside and out and the plaster work has been redone.
