We came in contact with Sander from PA Costa Brava when we were looking for a house at the Costa Brava, and we are very happy with this. Sander is a nice guy with many contacts and he can arrange a lot for you. He speaks fluent Spanish which is very useful and also has a great knowledge of the market. He has already translated preliminary sales contracts and also a good notary. He will also help you arrange a NIE number, which is necessary for tax purposes.
He has also helped us tremendously with arranging the viewings and also with the completion of the purchase. The after service is also very good, because of his network we had an alarm in the house within a day and he also knows the roads for internet etc.
PA Costa Brava can also provide project management services if you still want to renovate, your 1st contact for alarm (depending on the location of the purchase). In other words it doesn't stop once the signature is set.

Sander from PA Costa Brava is the property manager of our second home in Lloret de mar, Spain. Thet also have done a renovation in our house. Thanks to them, the renovation went very smoothly. Fast and clear communication, good network with all kinds of specialists (contractor, kitchen company, gardener, carpenter, etc.) He keeps them "short" and finally with a result that exceeded our expectations. He thinks along as if it were his own house. During this kinds of renovations there are always some small surprises popping up (pipes that only become visible after demolition work and so on), but they are all now perfectly solved. At the moment, therefore, the property management & swimming pool maintenance remains. PA Costa Brava takes responsibility where necessary, is always attainable. Superb!

Top experience with PA Costa Brava!! In July 2020 we found Sander Keppels from PA Costa Brava. We were looking for a property at the Costa Brava, Spain and Sander has planned a number of visits after taking stock of our wishes. Sander was present at all these visits and, thanks to his experience in the real estate market, gave us excellent advice on both the location and the condition of the houses. Because of this, we found our ideal home after just three visits!
