Complete renovation and extension of a detached villa in Santa Cristina d 'Aro.
During 2018 PA Costa Brava assisted a Dutch family in 2018 with the purchase of a detached, although outdated villa on a large plot in Santa Cristina d' Aro. At first side, it didn't seem to be a complicated purchase due to a reputable the real estate agency was selling the villa. However, nothing turned out to be less true. Papers were not in order, the real estate agency was not aware of the current regulations and agreements made were not or badly fulfilled. After all corrected errors and the final purchase at the notary, the new owners could finally start realizing a beautiful second home in Spain. PA Costa Brava took care of an architect who turned their ideas into a project and also came up with some good adjustments with the result that the villa has been expanded with a spacious and covered terrace, that the electricity and the pipe works have been replaced, air conditioning, a new kitchen, new radiators, new bathrooms and a toilet have been installed and the house has been painted, plastered and fitted with a micro cement floor.
