In 2023, PA Costa Brava completely renovated an old and worn-out house from 1960. First the roof terrace was removed, made waterproof and newly tiled. When this was completed, the house was completely stripped. All floors, ceilings, interior walls, sewerage, water and electricity have been removed, as well as an old asbestos roof. The house was then completely rebuilt. The layout has changed, an extra toilet has been created. A heat pump has been installed. New water pipes, new drain pipes and the electricity has been completely replaced and complies again with current legislation.
