During the period March-August 2020, PA Costa Brava has coordinated the complete renovation and extension of this beautiful detached villa. The earthmoving, foundations, structural construction and finishing work were done with the chosen contractor. The installer, carpenter and the people for the new windows and doors made it complete, resulting in a fantastic modern art villa with a new entrance, spacious living room, an extra bedroom with private bathroom, good insulation, luxurious windows and large fronts with a thermal bridge, air conditioning & a beautiful inside garden.
