Detached house with fantastic views in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
In the fall of 2015, PA Costa Brava sold this house, in cooperation with a good and reliable broker, to Dutch customers who were looking for a second home on the Costa Brava. PA Costa Brava started looking for an architect to handle the renovation. This architect has adapted the house to the taste of the new owners. Three contractors from the region have been approached by us and they have made a quotation for this major job independently of each other. In consultation with the customer, one of the three contractors was chosen and he started to work.

The only thing that has not been replaced is the roof of the house. Furthermore, everything has been adjusted. Both the layout and the windows and doors. The old ceilings have been removed to create a lot of height and the new kitchen with a large kitchen island is involved in the living room. The tiles are provided with floor heating. The three bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have their own luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower and the walk-in closet. The garden and the heights have been adapted to meet the requirements of the municipality and a large and heated swimming pool has been laid out with various terraces and an outdoor shower.
