The owners of this wonderfully situated beachfront but somewhat outdated apartment in Pals have instructed PA Costa Brava to have a complete renovation carried out. After requesting different quotes and viewing different materials, the owners made a choice. First, the apartment was made completely bare and then refurbished. The electricity and the drainage and supply of water have been completely renewed and air conditioning has been installed. The floors, doors and frames have been replaced and the old kitchen has also been removed and a light, spacious and modern kitchen has been replaced. This is equipped with all modern appliances. All walls are made smooth and everything is painted. This resulted in a spacious, fresh and modern apartment on the beach with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the 'Illes Medes'.
