In the winter of 2023 PA Costa Brava was asked to organize the renovation of this spacious and detached house located in the residential area Vizcondado de Cabanyes, Calonge. An architect and contractor were contacted, quotes were made and finally approved by the client. The house has been completely stripped inside. The floor has then been replaced, the bathrooms have been renovated. The electrics have been replaced and air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms. The terrace at the living room has also been provided with a roof that perfectly matches the style of the house. Everything with first class materials. In between, the swimming pool has also been repaired, the filter system has been updated and a heat pump has been installed so that the owner can use the pool for a much longer period of time with a water temperature up to 30 degrees.
