Complete renovation of a spacious apartment located in S'Agaró on the Costa Brava. This apartment was well maintained but had not been updated since completion. PA Costa Brava has been able to realize this. All furniture was removed and disposed of, the house was then stripped, rearranged and rebuilt. The fireplace has been removed as have the old bathrooms and the kitchen. The pipework was replaced as well as the entire electrical installation. The interior doors have been replaced for new ones and the house is now equipped with luxurious aluminum windows and doors with sun-resistant glass and a thermal bridge. Microcement (Beton Cire) has been applied to the walls in the 3 bathrooms and to the entire floor of the apartment and the house is equipped with a new kitchen and fitted wardrobes in the 3 bedrooms, new bathrooms and air conditioning. Everything repainted and ready for the future.
