What can you expect when we provide pool maintenance for your swimming pool in Spain?

We clear the surface water of leaves, pine needles and other dirt. The water line is brushed clean and the bottom is cleaned with the vacuum cleaner. We rinse the sand filter and clean the pre-filter, empty the skimmers and check the Ph values, alkalinity and chlorine or salt levels.

- Ph value is the acidity. Too high a pH value means that the chlorine in your pool no longer works effectively. This increases your chlorine consumption. The physical consequences for swimmers are not pleasant, but recognizable. If the pH value of the pool is too low, this can cause the typical red eyes and even itching. It makes swimming less pleasant. Softer water, with a higher pH value, is much more pleasant! The acidic water also affects the sand filter, tubes and filtration pump.

- Alkalinity acts as a buffer to prevent large differences in the Ph values. Low alkalinity causes many fluctuations in the Ph value and encourages corrosion. A high alkalinity results in a difficult to correct Ph value, cloudy water and an inefficient use of chlorine. There is also limescale deposits.

Problems with the PH value and alkalinity are prevented by regularly and properly cleaning the pool. But technical malfunctions and defects are also seen earlier and of course reported to you and, if desired, resolved.
