- Inspection of the property (weekly checks)
- Property is aired (monthly).
- Keyholding.
- Toilets and bathrooms are aired (toilet flush, check on taps and hygienic check)
- Check on the property in the event of a storm or flooding.
- Watering interior plants.
- Contact person for the security company.*
- Contact person for 3 people of your choice (either family, friends or neighbours).
- Letterbox clearance (monthly). We will inform you by phone, email or fax.
- Contact person in the event of emergency, damage or failure of any kind.*
